To replace the ice cube tray, move the icemaker's shutoff arm to the OFF position. Remove the clip (either metal or plastic) from the end of the tray shaft. Slide the old tray off and then the new tray on again. Make note of which side of the tray should be up as it can be installed 180° incorrectly, resulting in a mess when the icemaker ties to fill the now underside of the tray. Reinstall the clip and turn the icemaker ON again.
